This lease is located in Section 32, Township 5 South, Range 10 West in Beauregard Parish just outside of Singer, LA .
The lease runs through June 30, 2020. The total price listed above consists of $6.00 per acre for the lease ($2,724.00), plus $225.00 administration fee, and $.13 per acre insurance ($59.02).
Lessee shall have an exclusive right and privilege to recreationally hunt game and wild fowl on the Hunting Acreage and a non-exclusive right to the roads on the Parent Tract designated on the attached plat, and only such designated roads, for ingress and egress to the Hunting Acreage. Hunting shall not include trapping; trapping is strictly prohibited unless permitted by written consent of Lessor. Commercial hunting is strictly prohibited. Camping (which includes overnight occupation of the Hunting Acreage of any type) is strictly prohibited, unless permitted by separate written agreement with Lessor.
Lessor at all times retains the right to access and utilize the Premises in the furtherance of its business including, without limitation, planting, growing, cultivation, and harvesting of timber, trees and forest products, even if such activities disturb Lessee’s possession of the Premises. Lessee agrees that it will not in any manner interfere with Lessor’s exercise of such rights.

Each prospective lessee, by availing itself of such access privileges, agrees to and shall indemnify and protect lessor and Larson & McGowin, Inc. and hold them harmless from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage or any other loss, cost, expense or claim caused or alleged to be caused by such prospective lessee or its invitees, representatives,employees or agents while on or about the property pursuant to this lease, and each prospective lessee’s obligation in this regard shall survive the closing. Each prospective lessee exercising its rights to examine the property does so at its own risk with regard to patent and latent conditions of the property.
