Leases are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unless otherwise specified within the lease document, lessees have the exclusive right and privilege to hunt for all legal types and species of game birds and animals on the subject lands.
Leases are for the purpose of hunting and sport fishing activities but do not include any other activities, including but not limited to, commercial recreational developments or facilities, commercial camping activities, commercial fishing rights, non-hunting, fishing, and camping-related vehicular activities, grazing rights, agricultural rights, or any rights to timber upon or minerals in or under said lands. Off-road vehicles shall be used only as required for transportation in connection with ordinary hunting, fishing, and camping activities and shall not be used for competitive or other recreational activities. Trapping is expressly prohibited.
Leases do not have water or electricity. Camping on the Leased Premises shall be only on those sites and at those times approved by the landowner’s local representative. Campsites shall be maintained in a neat and orderly manner and always kept free of litter. Clubs shall remove all vehicles, equipment, and other personal property from designated campsites by May 31 of each year and may not begin occupation of designated campsites prior to September 1. The campsites shall be of a temporary nature, it is specifically understood that the club is strictly prohibited from placing on the Leased Premises any building or structure of a permanent nature.
LESSOR reserves the right to clear, reforest, or cultivate all or any portion of the said Leased Premises as it may, in the sole discretion, determine to be desirable and that LESSEE shall not be entitled to any refund or reduction of rent because of such activities.

Access & Indemnity: During the lease process, lessor shall afford prospective lessees full access to the tract for their examination. Each prospective lessee, by availing itself of such access privileges, agrees to and shall indemnify and protect lessor and Larson & McGowin, Inc. and hold them harmless from and against any liability for personal injury or property damage or any other loss, cost, expense or claim caused or alleged to be caused by such prospective lessee or its invitees, representatives, employees or agents while on or about the property pursuant to this lease, and each prospective lessee’s obligation in this regard shall survive the closing. Each prospective lessee exercising its rights to examine the property does so at its own risk with regard to patent and latent conditions of the property.
